Your primary focus will involve overseeing daily order processing, customer inquiries, and requests, ensuring seamless operations and satisfaction. Additionally, you will liaise with B2B clients, collaborating closely with the Junior E-commerce Manager and Product Management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the ongoing development of our customer service team
  • Facilitate the daily processing of orders and customer queries
  • Prepare complaint evaluations and final customer service operation reports
  • Act as the primary contact for our distributors and B2B clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Junior E-commerce Manager and Product Management
  • Conduct regular team evaluations and serve as the primary contact for team concerns
  • Manage debtor accounts, handling written and phone communications with debtors
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (Dutch is advantageous)
  • Completed studies, commercial training, or equivalent qualification
  • Proven professional experience in direct customer interaction
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-oriented approach
  • Independent and structured work ethic
  • Desired experience in staff management
  • Proficient in common IT applications
  • Ability to swiftly analyze problems, devise solutions, and ensure customer-friendly interactions
  • Friendly and reliable customer contact management
  • Openness and enthusiasm to acquire specialized product knowledge
  • You have valid working permit
