SPA has an immediate need for a Project Manager to provide contracting services to NATO.
Acts as PM for several projects of the Innovation Programme of Work portfolio;
Plans and manages assigned projects; allocate resources to projects; manage travel budget; engages with external stakeholders;
Reports the project status (cost, scope, schedule) to the Chief Innovating Team
Identifies exceptions in cost and schedule and proactively manages risks
Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in Project Management.
A recognised formal project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile PM.
Experience in Project Management, Risk management, Budget management, stakeholder management.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft suite such as solid expertise in data analysing with MS Excel, as well as Bi tools, Power Pivot and Data Management.
Proficiency with enterprise Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and EPM.
Advanced knowledge and proven experience with EBA (Enterprise Business Application) and Resource Planning Application software Experience in managing Projects in the area of ICT capabilities and services.
Previous experience in managing projects in international/NATO context is desirable
National of one of the 30 NATO countries
In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
