What will you do?

The Modelling Data Manager we are looking for is going to be responsible for different aspects. You will:

Co-lead the further development of the Risk Data Mart and related business processes:

Continuously improve data management processes, tools, and solutionsFurther develop and maintain relevant Data Quality procedures, controls and reporting

Translate business needs to clear functional and data requirements

Help to strategize, plan and execute in collaboration with IT and Data Management Services (DMS)

Become a subject matter expert for all credit risk data related questions within MDA

Identify and define information needs and data requirements within MDA

Define and maintain data quality requirements and business rules

Asist in data quality analysis and testing

Identify and help resolve data issues

Communicate policies, standards and procedures defined by DMS

Boundary spanning

Bridge core risk functions, data management and IT

Take part in bank-wide projects that span over several knowledge domains and require effective communication with multiple stakeholders

Your team

MDA provides an open, positive and challenging environment via a broad range of activities and projects. The team is responsible for the IRB and IFRS9 credit risk models, bank-wide stress testing, counterparty credit risk modeling (incl. EE, PFE and CVA/DVA) as well as has a leading role in the ongoing bank-wide transformational change programs. In your role you will bridge between core risk functions, data management and IT.

Who do you bring?

Hands-on experience with data intensive solutions and processes within banking (Risk and/or Finance domain)

Excellent SQL programming skills

Hands-on experience with risk modeling and/or reporting is preferred but not required

Hands-on ETL tooling experience is preferred but not required

Python programming skills are preferred but not required

Good communication skills (English)

A positive ‘can do’ mentality
