The Operations department provides mid- and back office services to deliver and service products, amongst others corporate loans; from the initial phase of a transaction up to and including the end date. Operations strives to deliver the highest possible quality.
In the role of Loan Servicing Employee within the Credit Administration Services department, you are administratively active within the lending and management process. Within this role you have both internal and external contacts. Internally with various departments and externally with customers and other financial institutions.
Depending on experience, knowledge and skills you are responsible for:
Coordinating payments both externally (with debtors, other banks and investors) and internally to subsequently ensure correct payment;
Coordinating changes in credit terms with debtors, other banks and investors ensuring proper processing;
Processing changes in credit conditions;
Determining interest rate revisions;
Taking care of the communication with debtors, banks and investors with regard to the work under the maturity calendar, interest rate review calendar and the action calendar;
Act as a point of contact for debtors, fellow banks and investors and handle questions and requests occurring in this capacity independently or in collaboration with a more senior colleague;
Analyze credit accounts and control reports;
Performing actions regarding the month-end closing.
Contributing to projects that lead to a more efficient way of working or to more innovative working methods
You show initiative, have an accurate attitude and strive for optimum customer satisfaction within the applicable frameworks;
A completed WO / HBO education (preferably economical);
2-5 years of experience (preferably in a comparable role with a financial service provider);
Experience within a bank is preferred;
Knowledge of ACBS is an advantage;
You speak English fluently. Dutch is desirable!
You contribute to ensuring correct administration;
You are a team player who likes to contribute positively to working agile within the bank;
