We operate in Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands. As a group, Delta provides an end-to-end solution for consumers and professionals to buy or sell a new car. The auto‐ brand focusses fully on the consumer and is a primary growth driver for the future. Auto-Source is our B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) platform enabling car dealers to buy and sell new cars.

Job description

The Job

The new car-buying customer journey takes place over multiple months. Your role is therefore vital in ensuring both our dealer community and our B2C customers remain engaged and have the best new car-buying experience by providing them with the right message, at the right time and in the right channel across their end-to-end car-buying journey; from discovery to aftersales.

Important milestones within this journey include the touchpoints that customers have with our global dealer community. You will therefore also ensure that B2B direct communications (with new and existing dealers) empower and equip dealers to best serve end-customers.

You will take a data-driven approach, working with data and analysts to reveal moments where a thoughtful interaction will be the most meaningful to different customer segmentsand design, create, monitor, optimize and report on campaigns.

Focussing on the B2B side first, you will work on creating and implementing acquisition campaigns to drive new dealer sign-ups, onboarding programs to ensure an increased activation rate, and reactivation campaigns for dormant dealers.

Responsibilities

  • Determine how to best communicate directly with end-customers (B2C) as well as dealers (B2B) at the key moments within their respective new car-buying and car-sourcing-and-selling journeys. Initially, your biggest channel will be email, but you will be involved in the expansion to additional direct communication channels (WhatsApp, push notifications f.e.).
  • Asset design and production; work with our agency to localize content and coordinate with our in-house graphic designer, where needed, to support you with asset production.
  • Create global campaigns and touch-points across all customer journey phases, working with team members to build the audiences you need, where necessary.
  • Ensure that the B2B campaigns that you create generate sufficient new dealer sign-ups from our prospect databases.
  • Create onboarding journeys for new dealers, ensuring that they 1) remain active on our platform because we provide the best car-sourcing and car-selling experience and 2) are equipped to provide the end-customer with the best new car-buying experience.
  • Create campaigns to successfully reactivate dormant dealers.
  • Analyze and report on campaigns and touch-points, testing and optimizing to improve engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • You have 3+ years relevant digital marketing experience (email marketing, marketing automation, marketing communications).
  • You are a real car person, passionate about using your car knowledge and enthusiasm to help customers make the best choices for them.
  • You’re creative – constantly coming up with new ideas and not afraid to go for them, you start small, fail fast, and apply learnings.
  • You are able to combine analytical insight with creative execution.
  • A basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Fluent German or French speaking is a plus.
